Caicos Turkey is right, this is French but I don't think the person who wrote that was a native speaker, although a French speaker would have no problem understanding it. The French for "I'd like" is "j'aimerais", and "bonjour" should be written all together.

This person isn't too good at French, the language which this in fact is couched in. He or she should have said" "j'aimerais vous dire bonjour.."

Meaning: "I'd like to say hallo/good morning to you. OK. Thank you."
Hi, it is in French definitely, not in Italian and means: " I would like to say good day, Ok, thanks". It has a formal and polite tone.
