English to Italian translation, please?

How can I say in Italian :

"Thank you, Madam, for your friend request. I wish you an excellent evening. God bless you"

Thank you in advanceEnglish to Italian translation, please?
"La ringrazio, Signora, per la sua richiesta di amicizia. Le auguro una splendida serata. Dio la benedica"

But be careful: if "friend request" means "friendship request", like on Facebook, then is correct; if otherwise you mean "for your friendly request", then the correct translation (which is not literal) is "per la sua gentile richiesta" .

Anyway, users above are using the "Voi" formal form, which is not anymore in use in regular Italian by half century; today the formal form is "Lei", regardless the person you're talking to is a man or a woman; so "La ringrazio", not "vi ringrazio" and "la Sua richiesta", not "la vostra richiesta".
Grazie, signora, per la vostra richiesta di amicizia. Vi auguro una splendida serata. Dio vi benedica

Grazie in anticipo
