"Cosa hai fatto ultimamente?"

That should make it:D

hope ive been helpfull,

Ciao!

P.s. babumba to be up to in italian means stare per fare qualcosa (= something).Need help with English to Italian translation!?
I'm italian so I think I can help you.

First of all, you've to consider that in Italian lots of phrasal verbs don't have a perfect translation with italian verbs and this is the case of be up to.

So you have to look for some verb which best suits with this phrasal.

However, you can translate this sentence in this way:Che cosa hai fatto fino ad ora?

We italian people usually say this kind of sentences when we are annoied for some attitude. So be careful when you use it:P

Hope this helps:)Need help with English to Italian translation!?
"Cosa hai fatto fino ad ora?"

I think it works because up to in Italian means fino a questo momento, fino ad ora.

Ultimamente is lately.

Hope to be useful
