Translation from English to Italian?

Can you translate the following sentence to Italian???

DON'T FORGET YOUR PASPORT

Is there in Italian a formal languge and a familiar one.

If there is, can you translate the sentence in each separately?Translation from English to Italian?
Some corrections:

For a SINGULAR subject (YOU), Formal:

- "Non si dimentichi il passaporto"

- "Non dimenticare il suo passaporto" (NOT Italian!!!)

For a PLURAL subject (YOU), Informal:

- "Non dimenticatevi il passaporto

- "Non dimenticate il vostro passaporto" You would only use plural of passport if every person had more than one.

There is no distinction between formal and informal plural you in Italian.

Hope to have been of help!

Some of the conjugations I read on other answers where wrong. This are right. (Edit: Just asking's answers are NOT right, so watch out!)

The correct imperative for this sentence as you would read on a sign would be "Non dimenticare il passaporto".
Yes there is a distinction.

Informal singluar (Tu)

Non dimenticarti il passaporto

Formal Singular (Lei )

Non si dimentichi il passporto

Good luck and thanks for trusting me.

Non dimentichi il vostro passaportoTranslation from English to Italian?
NON DIMENTICARE IL SUO PASPORT
NON DIMENTICHI IL VOSTRO PASSAPORTO
non ti dimenticare il passaporto!

non si dimentichi il passaporto(formal)

ciao!..............
Hi!

That sentence can have different possible meanings in English (subject wise, I mean). So, here go the translations:

For a SINGULAR subject (YOU), Informal:

- "Non ti dimenticare il passaporto"

- "Non dimenticare il tuo passaporto"

For a SINGULAR subject (YOU), Formal:

- "Non si dimenticare il passaporto"

- "Non dimenticare il suo passaporto" (Use this one! Is better!)

For a PLURAL subject (YOU), Informal:

- "Non vi dimenticare i passaporti"

- "Non dimenticare i vostri passaporti"

(In both of these, I put "passport" also in the plural)

For a PLURAL subject (YOU), Formal:

- "Non dimenticare i vostri passaporti" (Yep, same as last!)

Hope to have been of help!

Some of the conjugations I read on other answers where wrong. This are right. I promise! (I'm not a machine translating, but an Italian speaking person!)

Goodluck!
