What is the proper translation from English to Italian for the following - LIVE WELL?

Live well is in Italian "Vivi bene" if it's addressed to a single person and "vivete bene" if to more people.

It's not "vivere" that translates the infinitive (to live).

Also it is not "Stammi bene" or "stia bene" that's "be well"What is the proper translation from English to Italian for the following - LIVE WELL?
Maybe "Stammi bene" (informal) or "stia bene" (polite form of the verb)? What is the proper translation from English to Italian for the following - LIVE WELL?
Live well = vivere bene

Is it "Live well, laugh often, love much, and eat Italian"? :-)
