The actual phrase in Italian should read " I baci non si danno tirati" which literally translated means "Kisses shouldn't be given pulled" however, what this sentence actually means is that when you kiss someone it should be voluntary and with meaning not as if it is an obligation. In otherwords, a heartfelt kiss. The word "tirati" in this context has the same meaning as in the English sentence "to drawing blood out of a stone", so the person was trying to say that they had to "pull the kiss out of you".Italian to English Translation Please?
